I just got my 300W amp. It's built using a MRF151G chip. I've got temperature protection on it. Currently, my transmitter has forward and reverse power rating, as well as the VSWR protection. It supplies the drive for the amp, however, the amp has no VSWR protection. I'm thinking I should have ...
