Does this transmitter have a built in limiter? If not what is suggested to keep it clean on air.

This is a Gamma fed dipole. Any dipole I've seen of this design has been a 75 Ohm impedence. the small element is the gamma match

Does this unit have a jumper or software selection for 75usec preemphasis?
