CODE 10 on PCIMAX

Got my card friday. Installed on saturday morning. Purchased new power suppy Monday, (system would not come back to life after installing card).

I get a 'device can not start (code 10)'.

I have an AMD266-D mother board with 2 AMD-1900+ processors, 2 gig of ram, NVIDIA GeFroce FX 5200 Ultra grafics ...
